The barbell club is run by Hayley Whiting, a current New Zealand Olympic Weightlifter.

The program focuses on proper technique in all Olympic Style Lifts. Sessions include drills that are geared towards building strength and power.

Throughout the session, the needs and level of each individual are addressed. This ensures their proper progression and safety. Members: $45 per month Non-Members: $100 per month

 

*In order to participate, you must first complete the beginners and intermediate barbell courses.
