STEP 2 – NO SWEAT INTRO

STEP 3 – FOUNDATIONS

If you do not have previous experience with CrossFit this is a great place to start. We have One on One for our Foundations program:

One on One: New athletes to CrossFit must completing our Foundations Program, which includes 5 one on one 45 minute sessions, 2 weeks of unlimited CrossFit classes, a Full Meal Plan and 2 body composition measurements. These one-on-one sessions will introduce new athletes to CrossFit’s basic movements including squats, push-ups, medicine ball cleans, deadlifts, presses, etc.
The emphasis is on technique and introducing the intense nature of the CrossFit methodology.

These one-on-one sessions will allow you to integrate smoothly and safely into our regular CrossFit classes at a time convenient to you, for just $375.
