CFWM: Who or what do you look forward to the most when you come to CrossFit Waimak?

D: Uh, good question! I look forward to the people.

CFWM: Yeah.

D: Yeah, the people and the CrossFit.

CFWM: What is your best PR or CrossFit moment?

D: Uh, probably comple…Yeah, completing Murphy.

CFWM: Nice, I think I was there that night- that was freakin’ awesome.

D: It was painful.

CFWM: If you could time travel, would you go to the future or to the past?

D: To the past.

CFWM: The past, what would you do in that past?

D: Uhm, probably win a few lotto tickets.

CFWM: Nice. In what ways are you the same as your childhood self?

D: Nothing’s changed. I probably am the same.

CFWM: If you could fight anyone in history, who would it be?

D: Uh.. Oh. Probably like Stalin, or some of those bad dudes that caused a lot of pain.

CFWM: Yeah, one of those hardcore guys.. Uhm, alright- a couple rapid fire either or questions, are you ready for this?

D: Yeah, go for it.

CFWM: Protein Shake or Protein Bars?
D: Neither, I don’t have any.
CFWM: Do you prefer a walk on the beach or a hike in the mountain?
D: Oh, tough one, uh- both actually.
CFWM: Alright! That’s fair. Do you prefer a Bacon and Egg Buttie or a Sausage Sizzle?
D: Bacon and egg.
CFWM: Nice. Bar Work or Olympic lifting?
D: Bar work.
CFWM: Cricket or Rugby?
D: Yeah, rugby.
CFWM: Easy.. Is there anything that you would like to share that you haven’t been able to yet?

D: Uh, Just get into Crosfit. It’s awesome!
