About a year ago we changed our booking system software, we are now coming to the end of our contract with that provider, so the great news is we will be switching booking systems again over the next couple of weeks. Thanks to our previous experience in moving systems we have learnt a lot and hopefully enough to make this transition as painless as possible but as with everything there are likely to be a few teething issues, so please stick with us and we’ll get as much sorted for you as possible so have to do as little as possible.
The new booking system is from a company called Influx. InfluxApp is an on-line website that allows simple booking of our sessions. Some of you have used this system before and will be familiar with how it works, for some of you, it will be new but the differences between Influx and our current system shouldn’t be too noticeable to you the end user.
What this means for you
Shortly you will all receive an e-mail from us inviting you to use InfluxApp. It will prompt you to enter a password, and then you are able to book into our classes. If you haven’t received an e-mail from us within the next week, please contact email@example.com, as we may not have your correct e-mail address recorded.
Every member requires a unique e-mail address to be invited, and so if you have multiple people using the same e-mail address you will need to provide us with unique e-mail addresses for each person who wishes to book into sessions through InfluxApp.
Once you have received the e-mail, clicked on the link within it, and entered a password, please delete the invite e-mail. From then on you can log into your account at https://influxapp.com from any device connected to the internet: desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
For ease of access to the booking system, we recommend using the Chrome browser, and saving this webpage to your desktop browser, tablet dashboard, or on your smartphone home screen.
We’ll send instructions on saving the InfluxApp webpage to your smartphone separately.
For a little while we will be running with both systems but as we transition each member across we will delete them from the current system and as of the 29th everyone will be running on the new system. check that everything is set up correctly in your

What won’t change
This is just a change to the booking system, not the workout tracking software. We are more than happy with SugarWOD and don’t intend to change anytime soon.
